Abhus Salam Rojak is known for its bold and flavourful Indian rojak, featuring a vibrant mix of freshly fried fritters, tau pok, tempeh, potatoes and cuttlefish. Each plate is generously coated in a thick, sweet-spicy peanut sauce blended with shrimp paste, delivering a satisfying balance of crunch, heat and nuttiness in every bite.

From its original flagship hawker stall, the brand has since expanded into spin-offs such as Ministry of Rojak, other modern food-court concepts and the Rojak Times restaurant at Arab Street, which bring its iconic rojak and related dishes to new neighbourhoods and dining settings.
