About Mee Rebus

Mee rebus or Mi rebus is a Malay dish which literally means "boiled noodles" in English.

Yellow egg noodles are used. Served with thick and sweet potato gravy garnished with hard-boiled egg, dried shrimp, begedil (fried potato ball), calamansi limes, spring onions, green chillies and fried tofu.

Traditionally, it is served with beef or tetel. However, this ingredient is often removed as many Chinese customers do not eat beef.
