Korean barbecue is a popular way in Korean cuisine of grilling meat, usually beef or chicken using gas or charcoal grills integrated into the dining table. Alternatively, a chef can prepare the dishes on a grill open to customers to view.
Korean BBQ has two main types, namely Galbi and Bulgogi. Galbi is about beef short ribs while Bulgogi is about beef tenderloin or sirloin. The beef is sliced into thin slices and marinated.
There is also Dak galbi which is spicy marinated chicken.
